We offer domestic delivery across Pakistan. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your total order value or package weight.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Our team works efficiently to get your items dispatched as soon as possible.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PST) from Monday to Saturday are typically processed and handed over to our courier partners on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays, or on national holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation message via SMS and/or Email containing a unique tracking number and a link to our courier partner's tracking portal. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.
4. Delivery Terms & Address Accuracy

Physical Address: We deliver directly to home or office addresses. Please ensure your shipping address, city, and active mobile number are 100% correct during checkout. Courier agents will contact you via phone before attempting delivery.

P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If you are unavailable or unreachable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be canceled.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging your products securely. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged:

If the packaging is severely torn or crushed, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you open the package and find a damaged item, please take clear photos/videos and contact our customer support within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
