3. Order Tracking

• As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking Number via SMS/WhatsApp.

• You can track the real-time status of your parcel on our courier partner’s official website (TCS, Leopard, PostEx, Trax, etc.).

4. Delivery Rules & Guidelines

• Please provide a complete and accurate Shipping Address, Active Phone Number, and Nearest Landmark at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

• The courier rider will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts. Please keep the exact cash ready when the rider arrives.

• If you are unavailable, please assign someone at your address to receive the parcel on your behalf.

5. Inspecting Your Parcel

• If the outer package appears severely damaged, open, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.

• For any missing or damaged items inside the box, inform our support team within 24 hours of delivery with video/photo proof.
